In an attempt to serve our member Judges, we will have periodic survey questions about various subjects. Please review and answer the question(s) below. Survey results will be available to all members in a reasonable timeframe.

Read Draft Persistent Felony statute HERE   This Draft Persistent Felony statute, only permits enhance punishment for new criminal acts, committed by a defendant, regardless of criminal history including violent acts, committed by a Defendant who is currently on probation, parole, conditional release, conditional discharge, furlough, appeal bond, other legal release, an escapee, or in custody. A defendant who has completed their sentence or had an early termination of probation would not be subject to enhancement.
